Services: Transportation service for the rural general public with priority to elderly and disabled; priorities also to medical, essential shopping, nutrition, and essential business; service in Columbia is available for individuals 60 years of age and older and those with a permanent disability between the ages of 18 - 59; transportation is by advance notice in order to access medical appointments, shopping, business, or the senior center.
